Friday is the last opportunity to see NotConcrete. Black Box Gallery is very happy for the many new visitors to the gallery.

We're looking forward to seeing you for the opening of Multiple Market on Thursday December 1 from 4 pm to 8 pm. Now, after the opening party, Black Box Gallery is officially open. The gallery would like to thank all those who visited the opening events and especially the artists who performed at the two events. We look forward to seeing you at the gallery again.

Tonights opening will include performances by La Belle Indifference and XTOGT.  
After party is being held at Compass Bar, Gammeltorv, starting at 11 pm.

It is great to have a space again and I am looking forward to the opening party on Friday.
 
One of the reasons we are having the party is that Jacob suggested the opening be on November 11, 2011. The reason being in binary 111111 means on on on on on on -- this is how the computer would interpret this sequence of numbers. Being a gallery for new media art it is the perfect day to open.

At the same time as doing the finishing details on the opening, I am establishing contacts with new artists in far ranging places from Korea to Columbia. This assists in my goal to have the gallery be a place where new media art can be seen from all over the world – helping to create community for those who have interest in new media.

As for this friday, there are two acts confirmed. XTOGT and La Belle Indifference.

After having enjoyed openings at many of Copenhagen's and other cities fine galleries, it was great to have another opening of my own in my native city of Copenhagen. Thank you to all who came! Please come again. The Gallery Opening Party is 11.11.11, 7-10.

Come tomorrow 4 to 7 pm, to see more and meet the artist.

At the moment I’m very busy doing the final preparation work on my new galley space in Copenhagen. Tomorrow will be the opening of my first exhibit “notConcrete”. I am quite happy to be working with artist Jacob Sikker Remin building the first exhibition in the new gallery space. 

In the midst of this, I have also discovered the value of Facebook and am reconnecting with old friends. It is amazing to see the network spidering its way through the Internet. I am quite surprised how many people I know, or know of, know each other. There certainly is a COMPLEX community in this digital world we live in. 

I am looking forward to welcoming both old and new friends alike to Black Box Gallery, whether in the new location or via my new site.
