France Cadet, born in 1971, is a French digital and robotics artist who works in many different media and addresses many different themes. Much of her newest pieces are robots which ironically raises questions about various aspects of scientific debate. Ms. Cadet has participated in a number of solo and group exhibitions internationally. Ms. Cadet currently lives in Chicago and is is an associate professor at the Art Institute of Chicago and the chair at the Art and Technology Studies department.
